WIRELESS MICROPHONES
Are you currently using wireless microphones or considering it? I
highly recommend the Audio-Technica product line. We have been using
this product at our church for about 3 years with no problems. When
we were seeking wireless systems for use in our main Sanctuary, we
chose Audio-Technica ATW-3141 hand-held and ATW-3141 wireless lapel
systems.
The
Performer's Point of View:
The Tech's Point
of View:
-
System is in
UHF frequency range and has up to 200 channels available to choose
from. System frequency may be changed if a new HDTV channel bumps
into your area.
-
System features
True Diversity. Because of this, if the signal from the microphone
drops out and is not received at the receiver, you won't get a
loud noise burst in your audio system.
-
System is
designed to prevent pops and clicks in sound system when
transmitter is turned on or off.
-
Transmitter
uses 2 AA batteries that allow for economical operation. Per
Audio-Technica, batteries can last up to 8 hours in continuous
operation. If used intermittently, I have found batteries last
longer.
-
LCD battery
status display located on both the transmitter and the receiver
allows for easy check of battery condition before services as well
as continues monitoring from control room during services.
These are the
highlights for the Audio-Technica 3000 series hend-held transmitter
and body pack lapel systems. If you are interested in these products
or even the more economical 2000 series, please give us a call for
more details.
Also, for a
limited time, I am able to offer the 3000 series system at a greatly
reduced price!! Call me about this special deal. |
